The third drop of 6 sub-collections of The Mango House Collection. Long story short, Lexi bought a home + named it Mango. We have collaborated with her to design a wallpaper collection that reflects the theme of Mango's unique rooms. Inspired by the Sunshine State herself, Florida and all the salty wonders of the sea, this sub-collection is full of 60s inspired, pastel beach prints.

"My favorite print of this series is Sunshine State. It feels so much like home and captures what it feels like to live in Florida."

1. We are itching to know. What is your favorite surfer phrase + what is your most used surfer phrase?

I’d say my favorite surfer phrase and most used was always “its firing!” it basically meant the waves were ripping. But we used it for everything from good food to a good party. When my best friends and I lived in Hawaii, that’s what all the surfers would say so we picked up on it pretty quickly, and to this day I still say it quite often.

2. What do you think you get most out of surfing?

For me, it’s never been about the surfing itself, I’m not so great at surfing anyways. But there’s nothing I love more than getting out there with my friends and enjoying the salt on our skin and the sun on our face. There’s something about the ocean that heals me, and when I get to be out there with people doing what they love it’s even better.

3. If you were to give advice to someone wanting to challenge themselves + pick up a new hobby, such as surfing, what would you say to them?

One of my favorite sayings has always been YOLO. Life is shorter than we realize, and if you don’t take a chance and try new things one day, you’ll sit and regret, wishing that you did. You might not be great at it, but if you’re having a good time, that’s the only thing that matters.

4. Do you have a favorite print from this collection? If so, what is it + why is it your favorite?

100%. My favorite print of this series is Sunshine State. It feels so much like home and captures what it feels like to live in Florida. I’m so excited to have it be a staple part of my home and I can’t wait for it to be a part of everyone else’s. Even those near and far. I think it’s beautiful that everybody in the world can bring a little bit of Florida closer to them.
